TRX Functional Training® is a training system that combines your own body weight with a suspension system (the TRX Suspension Trainer) to enhance strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Exercises are performed in movement chains rather than isolation, constantly engaging the core for stabilization, making the training functional and directly applicable to daily life.
