Yoga Gentle Flow
Yoga combines relaxation, awareness, and the practice of yoga exercises, focusing primarily on the connection between body and mind. Connecting your body and mind starts with mindfulness and breathing. The Challenge offers two types of yoga: Gentle Flow, a calm, flowing style that links movement to breath with a focus on relaxation and flexibility; and a Hatha/Vinyasa mix, a more active and dynamic practice aimed at building strength while moving in a flowing sequence.
